Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing construction bidding processes and supervising construction projects.
- Strengthening campus safety, including entrance security, fire prevention, theft prevention, and disaster prevention.
- Planning and supervising campus maintenance and environmental beautification.
- Planning and supervising disaster prevention and emergency response operations.
- Supervising budget expenditures and general financial affairs.
- Handling general procurement and purchasing tasks.
- Managing school property and equipment.
- Allocating classrooms, desks, chairs, and school facilities according to teaching and school activity needs.
