Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Managing construction bidding processes and supervising construction projects.
  2. Strengthening campus safety, including entrance security, fire prevention, theft prevention, and disaster prevention.
  3. Planning and supervising campus maintenance and environmental beautification.
  4. Planning and supervising disaster prevention and emergency response operations.
  5. Supervising budget expenditures and general financial affairs.
  6. Handling general procurement and purchasing tasks.
  7. Managing school property and equipment.
  8. Allocating classrooms, desks, chairs, and school facilities according to teaching and school activity needs.
